Bahrain’s leading fintech company, BENEFIT, has signed a service agreement with AMAN, kingdom’s premier compliance platform, to adopt its technology in support of BENEFIT’s compliance, due diligence, and financial crime prevention activities.
The agreement was signed at BENEFIT’s headquarters by Abdulwahed AlJanahi, Chief Executive of BENEFIT, and Dickon Johnstone, Group Chief Executive Officer of AMAN, in the presence of senior officials and representatives from both organizations.
Under the agreement, BENEFIT will deploy AMAN’s compliance platform—powered by global financial crime management leader Themis—to manage and oversee its anti‑money laundering, compliance, and financial crime risk‑related operations. The platform integrates onboarding, due diligence, screening, and risk assessment processes into a unified environment, providing enhanced visibility over cases and assessments while improving decision‑making accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency.
Abdulwahed AlJanahi, Chief Executive of BENEFIT, said: “This agreement with AMAN is part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen the tools and systems that uphold BENEFIT’s commitment to the highest standards of governance and compliance. As financial crime risks evolve, organizations require sophisticated solutions that consolidate information, analyze it effectively, and support timely oversight.”
He added: “This collaboration addresses the growing need for integrated technology capable of managing data, assessments, and regulatory processes within a single framework. It will streamline key onboarding and due diligence activities, enhance operational efficiency, and preserve the rigor required in regulatory review and risk evaluation.”
Dickon Johnstone, Group CEO of AMAN, stated: “We are proud to partner with BENEFIT. AMAN’s mission is to strengthen Bahrain’s financial ecosystem and reinforce the Kingdom’s position as a safe, trusted international financial centre. BENEFIT plays a vital role in that ecosystem, making this partnership a natural fit. Together, we will enhance financial crime capabilities and support Bahrain’s continued alignment with local and international standards.”
He added: “This partnership reflects our commitment to delivering practical and sustainable solutions that help financial institutions strengthen governance, oversight, and organizational readiness. It also supports Bahrain’s position as an advanced financial hub adopting leading practices in compliance, risk management, and financial crime prevention.”
