ManageEngine Strengthened Saudi Arabia’s Cyber Defenses at LEAP

Prasanna Venkatesh Srinivasan, Associate Director at ManageEngine, highlighted the showcase of its AI-powered cybersecurity solutions at LEAP 2025, addressing evolving threats with advanced IAM, SIEM, UEMS, and PAM capabilities, ensuring cyber resilience in the age of AI.

What are ManageEngine’s key cybersecurity solutions being showcased at LEAP 2025, and how do they address the evolving threat landscape?
This year at LEAP, we showcased our overall suite of enterprise IT management solutions, including our key cybersecurity suite, which includes solutions under different product niches such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Unified Endpoint Management and Security (UEMS) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). In an evolving threat landscape, similar to what is happening in the Kingdom, it is important to be at the forefront and tackle common problems such as the new age cyber threats and vulnerabilities, especially in today’s age of AI. We have been bolstering our suite of IT solutions with AI-powered capabilities to tackle such new age threats.

How does ManageEngine differentiate itself from competitors in cybersecurity, particularly in endpoint security, identity management, and SIEM solutions?
ManageEngine has focused on upgrading its suite of IT solutions by incorporating the latest technology, namely emerging tech such as AI and ML capabilities. In the Kingdom, with its rapid pace of digital transformation, which also makes use of the latest technologies, there has been a growing issue of AI-powered cyberthreats and ransomware attacks causing havoc in the Middle East. We at ManageEngine are focusing our efforts towards securing cyberspaces by inculcating the best strategies and following best practices to ensure our customers’ cyberspace is safe and secure.

With AI-driven cyber threats on the rise, how is ManageEngine incorporating AI and machine learning to enhance threat detection and response?
ManageEngine has been constantly working towards enhancing its Threat Detection and Response capabilities. Our SIEM suite, Log360 focuses on this particular aspect. Our recent upgrades to Log360 features a dual-layered  threat detection system within its Threat Detection, Investigation, and Response (TDIR) module, Vigil IQ. This system focuses on understanding and learning to adapt to evolving network behaviours, thereby improving threat and detection accuracy which allows to reduce false positives or wrong threat calls. This empowers users to understand and predict potential security threats and breaches ensuring proactive security measures are taken to tackle such scenarios.

Cyber resilience is a major theme in 2025—how does ManageEngine help businesses build robust incident response and recovery strategies?
Cyber resilience is not just seen as an optional investment, it is a necessity in today’s AI-driven digital landscape. With cyberthreats growing at an alarming rate, the cost of breaches is expected to go up in 2025. The best way to secure yourself from ransomware attacks, phishing attacks and other forms of cyberthreats and risks would be to make strategic cybersecurity investments to secure your cyberspace. We at ManageEngine provide our own suite of comprehensive IT solutions that would help users secure their business. With our ITSM and SIEM suite of solutions, we provide a comprehensive incident response framework and recovery strategies that would enable businesses to swiftly manage incidents, minimize potential damage and business losses and ensure normal operations resume in no time.

What role does ManageEngine play in securing cloud environments, and what new cloud security capabilities are you introducing at LEAP 2025?
As part of Vision 2030, cloud adoption for enterprises is a big target and we at ManageEngine actively aid our customers with their cloud deliverables and migration requisites. We also actively work on securing cloud businesses with our comprehensive suite of IT solutions. In terms of cloud security, our SIEM suite extends its services to both on-prem and cloud. By consolidating security data into a single console, we ensure effective monitoring and efficient threat detection in case of any security threats to ensure a robust and secure cloud IT infrastructure for our users.
