Cisco to enhance digital skills in Saudi Arabia

Cisco Networking Academy (NetAcad) has established a strategic collaboration with the Saudi Federation For Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones (SAFCSP) to improve the capabilities of 8,000 cybersecurity and programming educators, according to SPA. Cisco will improve the capabilities of the SAFCSP trainers as part of its skill-building activities, including skills linked to both Cisco DevNet and Python programs.

According to SPA, the Kingdom’s Cisco NetAcad program has one of the greatest percentages of female involvement in the world, with female participation reaching 32 percent.

According to an agreement struck in 2018, Cisco and the SAFCSP will work together to improve the digital capabilities of Tuwaiq Academy, Saudi Arabia’s first advanced technology academy. as well as the CyberHub platform, which is the first of its type for students in the country.
