PhishMe sold and rebranded as Cofense

PhishMe has been acquired by a private equity consortium valued the company at $400 Million and also has been rebranded with a new name, Cofense. The company will continue to deliver leading solutions in phishing defense by offering solutions that sit at the intersection of human intelligence and technology.
