Dubai Land Department (DLD) recently was ISO certified for its Quality Management System (9001: 2015) and Environmental Management System (14001: 2015) by SGS Gulf. The certification is part of the overall vision for Dubai to become “the world’s premier destination for innovation, trust and happiness.”
Both the two certificates were received by H.E. Sultan Butti bin Mejren, Director General of DLD; Mohammed Sultan Thani, Supervisor of the Services Monitoring Department at DLD; Amani Dablan, Director of the Services Monitoring Department at DLD; from Thalai Malai Rajan Palanichamy, Certification and Business Enhancement Manager at SGS.
Mohammed Sultan Thani, Supervisor of the Services Monitoring Department at Dubai Land Department, commented: “DLD is pleased to have received these ISO certificates, which reflect our eagerness to adopt best practices and international standards in our integrated performance management and development system.
