Malwarebytes launches endpoint security and EDR for servers

In News

Malwarebytes, recently announced the launch of Malwarebytes Endpoint Detection and Response for Servers and Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection for Servers, two new products specifically designed to protect this mission-critical business infrastructure.

With these extended offerings, organizational servers can now also benefit from Malwarebytes’ integrated detection and lightweight protection, all in one easy cloud console.

“Most organizations don’t have a dedicated security team, and rely on generalists for protection, putting them at a higher risk for cyberattacks. Server attacks can be especially damaging, hitting them hardest where they can least afford it: their data,” said Akshay Bhargava, Chief Product Officer, Malwarebytes. “By extending our multi-layered security products to servers, we ensure effective cyberthreat detection and response to mitigate risk to more endpoints through our endpoint isolation, suspicious activity detection, and ransomware rollback features.”

Malwarebytes Endpoint Detection and Response for Servers is a complete solution that includes support packages to custom fit a business’ security needs. Advanced capabilities include Suspicious Activity Monitoring, Granular Server Isolation, and Ransomware Rollback, which return impacted servers to health – without costly reimaging or lost productivity. It is fast, lightweight, and purpose-built to protect an organization’s most valuable data. Available for Windows machines, Malwarebytes Endpoint Detection and Response for Servers is laser focused on keeping critical server infrastructure online and operational.

Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection for Servers is an endpoint security solution that combines fast speeds with exceptional protection to offer simple and efficient solutions to organizations of all sizes. The product provides proactive malware protection and remediation for server infrastructure, driven from a single cloud console, providing visibility into all activity across an organization – from servers to workstations. Available for Windows and Linux servers, Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection for Servers combines ease-of-use with predefined security configurations and default server policies.

Both solutions provide cloud-based management through the Malwarebytes Nebula platform, which provides an intuitive UI that enables visibility into endpoint activity across an entire organization. The new products are available to mix and match with the full suite of Malwarebytes’ business protection products and services, providing a truly customizable solution to meet the needs of any business.
